Refreshed from a warm, sunny winter in California, we are renewing our commitment to provide our customers with the healthiest and tastiest pasta ever. We are pleased to be sourcing our semolina (long pasta cuts) from the La Milanaise Mill in Quebec, Canada. Our small pasta shapes (orzo,radiatore, etc.) is sourced from Molino Grassi Mill in Parma, Italy . Both mills provide us with flour that is Certified Organic and Glyphosate Free.
